Prior to coming to ALTVoIP Inc Alain TAMDEM spent over 18 years as International Trainer and professional service Engineer for Alcatel-Lucent delivering high level Training to Solution Designers ( Presale Engineers) and Engineers to Alcatel-Lucent Business partners around the world. During that time he became adept at designing and understanding demands of Voice Over IP overall challenges and industry best practices and lead an elite group of software architects in some of the nation's most challenging projects.

As head of ALTVoIP Inc he brings that same expertise in problem solving, dedication and high level of commitment to assist in all levels of client projects.
